I did some transaction amount of around 1 lakh. I do have an annual income of 18Lakh+, which I declared...I particularly don't remember if they asked that. But asking income proof for savings account , I'm hearing for the first time.
Airtel payments bank freezed my account suddenly, it's not even a month since I opened it. When I reached out to grievence team, they are stating, the income declared was not inline with the transactions and they are blocking it asper RBI guidelines. Now they are asking a bunch of things...

@Aaaa Hey brother, just one clarification. I got this reversal last week, and the credit limit is already full. But there is no reverse transaction marked on the card. So it doesn't cause me any trouble as my bill is already generated right? I really don't want my cibil to go down
