You should get 1% cashback. I did use my Axis airtel card in Oct 2024 for some discount offers on Flipkart. For ~45000/- I received ~450 Cashback. Basically, 1% cashback is irrespective of ongoing discount offers.

I think it is absolute value. Not rounding to 10s or 100s I usually spend 5000/- in total on my card at Zomato/Swiggy/Big basket and receive 500/- as cashback.

Same happened with me as well. Axis Airtel's merchant category mapping for cashback is really pathetic. If the merchant's name changes it just doesn't give proper cashback and later, they correct only if we reach out to them. For me it happened in this cycle, mailed to them via their website...

I purchased additional APay vouchers using another ICICI Bank Account (my brother's). So total purchased is 12000 (own account) + 12000 (brother's account) using same Times Black Credit Card today. Let's see what happens. I'll update if I get accelerated reward points.

I did my Advance Tax payment today via Kotak Gateway. It worked fine. I did it via Credit Card.

MRCC doesn't give any rewards on Government Transactions, I think it categorizes it under Utilities thats why.
