    Guys, I have discovered the asli Panauti for all these cc bill payment dramas. It's Kotak 811 Super DC.

    1. Used Kotak 811 Super in Airtel Thanks in December - Airtel removed the DC option in January.
    2. Used Kotak 811 Super in SBI Unipay in January - Unipay closed the door in January for non-SBI DC.
    3. Used Kotak 811 Super in Canara Setu in February - Now Setu started giving problems for non-Rupay cards in February.

    Sabkuch close karwa k wo khud sadhu ban raha hai.

    If you have any secrets, don't try to deploy Kotak 811 Super there. It will vanish before you get the cashback.
    (I am also wondering if it's me using the Panauti card on those sites that caused the damage.) By the way, I have been using Airtel Thanks for a long time, so me being Panauti is ruled out.)

    (1) Has anyone ever used the RBL / GyFTR IRCTC Gift Voucher?
    (2) Is the redemption process smooth?
    (3) How long are they valid at IRCTC?
    (4) What if I cancel the ticket later?
    (5) Where they would deposit the money after cancellation?
    (6) What would be the validity after cancellation?

    Have around 8500 (4250+4250) worth of vouchers. I am not selling it.

    2. Yup, redemption was smooth in irctc webpage, didn't work in their app.
    3. Six months, currently.

    About 4,5,6 will only update if situation arises. I have used voucher value as 80-98% of ticket price and paid remaining from CC to give them option to refund in my cc (if necessary).

    It seems setu has found the HOLE. Now in process of reducing that hole.

    Hoping that they would be happy by making it smaller rather than plugging it altogether.

    These are very tricky questions. I think only a few have the answer.

    Does anyone have an RBL Joint Savings Account? if yes,
    1. What is mentioned in the account holder's name in Mobile and net banking? Is it only the primary account holder's name or both holder's names? [ex. HDFC has both, RBL for me showing only the primary holder's name]
    2. What about the joint holder's contact details in IVR or Customer care? [I, being a Joint holder can transact but can't connect to IVR or raise a complaint]
    3. Is there any problem issuing DC for the joint holders? [for me, yet to be sorted]

    Note: I have an RBL joint account (Either or Survivor), but I am facing many problems. The bank has been working on it for 2+ months.

    1. Only Primary Holder's name. I opened a joint account recently and kept myself as a primary and only that is visible.
    2. For contact details, RM kept my phone number as primary number but haven't tried contacting IVR yet. (I think contacting IVR with primary phone number should work).
    3. Nope, while opening the account I requested for a specific DC and the RM & BM made it work. Received within 1-2 weeks of time.

    No idea about the 1st one, because for me, the RM specifically asked who to keep primary holder. I have never opened a joint account before so no idea if that happens but still will check and see.
    And for the 3rd one, I have not yet requested for the 2nd card (for secondary account holder), but it's worth checking once to see the response from the bank on these queries.

    UCO Bank Virtual DC

    Does anyone know how to generate a virtual DC in UCO mBnking app after hotlisting previous virtual DC?
    I am trying since last two months with no success. PNO not even responding.

    Edit: Issue resolved by their ATM Cell.

    MB won't work without DC. Possibly NB can.
    I think 1st year is free for some account variants. Not sure.

    Virtual is free, but can not be generated without physical. RSDC virtual is not possible.

    1. Rupay Platinum Instant (Non Personalized). Issuance free, AMC 300+gst
    2. Visa paywave classic personalized. Issue - 175+GST; AMC 250+gst

    I would suggest RSDC. Issue- 1000+gst, AMC- 900+gst.

    Someone trying to impersonate my Identity in Bajaj Finance. Is this another fraud attempt by fraudster or a blunder by Bajaj finance?

    Note: I have not requested to upgrade my bajaj pay wallet. This mobile number is not mine. But, the letter came to my address with my name.

    Worst part is I took the letter and told my office staff to give stamp. Later after opening the letter realised it was a verification by Bajaj Finance on behalf of a fraudster.

    I don't understand why Bajaj Finance is paying postal charges for a fraudster?

    Raised my request to Bajaj Finance to take appropriate step. I fear these fraudsters will be attempting financial fraud in my name and address (by entering my details).

    Anything I can do now.

    I only used their wallet few months back. It was full kyc. But I deactivated it few weeks back. Deleted their app from my mobile. Today I requested to close the wallet and all related data. They confirmed that they will be deleting some data. But for deletion of my aadhar, pan they do not have authority. They asked me to approach nearest branch.

    Also, the problem is this number (in the letter) is not mine. So, they cannot delete /restrict that wallet. I uploaded full letter to their customer service. They told me the name of the owner having that number: Saurav ****.

    I think I must email them to have a written copy with me on this for future reference.

    @Aniket Letter receive karne mein v risk hay ye kisko pata hay? Akhir letter toh mere naam pe hi hay. Number toh andar tha.
