HDFC Bonvoy Milestones Query

So I have hit the 15L milestone on my Bonvoy card - mostly due to work related travels. In my statement this month I noticed that the reward summary has some unknown milestones. Any idea what last 2 line items are all about.



Nothing has showed up on my bonvoy account in terms of rewards so far.

Have you asked customer care? Yet to hear from anybody in the forum who has used the card till the highest milestone limit.
