I am trying to buy hp pay voucher through hp app via Amex CC for a while now, but entering card details, it shows transaction failed error. How is it working for you bro

Try with different card first. Then try with amex. I used bob snapdeal before.

Add the hp pay voucher to the cart and then pay with credit card. No extra steps. I have done ekyc in the app, not sure if that makes any difference.

Also no instant 3% off. No 10x on amex now. Changed to GYFTRVOUCHERS from PAYU RETAIL (still 10x, 500 monthly limit)

10x is there for other gift cards with credit card payment. I bought smart bazaar voucher and also my Limit reached.
