I have a Bob Premier Rupay LTF CC.

I got whatsapp message from Bob:

I applied and got LTF virtual card instantly. This is a digital card and physical card will NOT be sent.

Ccavenue pg is gone. New pg live. Paid 500, Was charged 505.02 after entering OTP itself. Earlier it used to be like swipe at Petrol pump. Charge 500 and when the transaction settles they'd charge Surcharge and then they'll give waiver.

Don't know this new pg with new merchant name would give Waiver automatically.

Also tried if wallet top up has different merchant name or not. Sadly it was the same. Earlier waller load had different merchant name and scan and pay HP pay qr had different.

The smooth operation days are gone.

The days of mailing bob and waiting are back it seems.

Lets hope they fix it soon.

Surcharge is refunded later. Happycoins are credited on the fuel+surcharge amount. So currently receiving 4% card +3.4% happycoins this March. Surcharge refund is additional

I used my HPCL ICICI Coral to load the wallet... 1% was charged extra... No cashback recieved on that. Only 3% Happy Coins

Since I have AMEX as the provider, no stations accept AMEX directly on swiping, or via HP Pay (without loading).

hi guys anyone can point me to whom to contact. I haven't received surcharge waiver nor the reward points (bonus or regular) for a transaction using hppay scan hpcl bob card.
the fuel station is same, everything is same, even the merchant's name after settlement is also same to which I was getting waiver and rewards for past 1 year
been trying to call customer care, it's not getting past IVR and disconnecting automatically.
can someone help with mail address. (have already shooted to crm@bobfinancial.com)

You need to wait for their response. Fuel cards are not good with RP need to email them.
