So basically you can redeem on last day of your month cycle.
For example the cycle it stated for us was 4 dec - 3 jan, able to make redemption today with the msg that it may take up to 30 days

we have yet to received refund for 1st month and 11months to go so i won't recommend anyone to signup until 6months payment has been credited to most of us. rumor are it can restarted by 6th jan 2025 as per Reddit subforum.
