SBI Card Referral voucher not crediting

I referred my friend to SBI Cards and the referral was successful. Even after 60 days the voucher was not credited. I tried complaining through phone banking, website and twitter. But they dont seem to care. Anyone knows how to resolve?

After cashback card launch, they're not tracking referral internationally. It were getting tracked for some days but stopped after that. Now from app if we refer it shows a record but if someone directly uses referral code it's not getting tracked.
&sbicard mention in tnc that referral /promo voucher credit is as per their discretion so we can't do anything other than requesting cc 😔

Does Referral appears in Refer and earn Track Referrals as soon as card is approved or it takes time to get updated ? Also after how much time both will get ₹500 voucher ?

I got the voucher in 3 months.

I think sbi referral system is on a break. Earlier it is used to track referral correctly and even used to show the status of the person. Now everything is 0 there .

In Dec I applied through my brother's referral , card was approved now even after 90 days haven't received voucher and its not showing in Track referrals also

So contacting customer care regarding this will be of no use, as they may dismiss it by saying it wasn't tracked

If we have screen recording, then only we will get the voucher i think
