Revive SBICard account

Hi. I had SBI BPCL card with 2.46 lakh limit, I closed the card, but the account is still showing in SBI Card app as I have another Prime card. Is there a way I can revive this account and get a new card as limit for Prime Card is very less (64000) ?

here is my reactivation message, so its possible, some agents might do not know there own products well or they need to update recent terms & FAQs, twitter agent ask me to feed the otp on ivr itself to reactivate

Closed my SBI BPCL card on 5th Dec. With No Due Certificate issued on 20 Dec.
SBI rejected Application for new card on 24 Dec.
Can i reactivate my old SBI BPCL card after issuance of No Due Certificate????

I too have an sbi simply click card closed years back but it still showing on my app. So wanted to see if the reactivation happend to you. If yes let me know the process
