Couldn't find any option in app/netbanking. Probably you need to call or write to customer care.

They could have added pre-qualified credit card too

1% charges upto 500 on shortfall of trv. It cannot be zero balance as you mentioned.

Nope, I use IndusInd CC/DC on BigBasket for better offers.
