Axis work around for Choose Network Option

When i checked pre approved offers on Axis app, there’s this option to choose among the Networks, Apparently previous claims of “will only get desired network if only bank have that card on that Network“ is true. So No rupay card offers to Me.

It feels like maybe Banks will limit Rupay Network to Basic cards Free to ₹590 cards(in most cases not entirely).

One More Sad thing is, banks at least 🪓 deliberately limiting few cards to particular network, like Axis got more cards available in Visa variant than MC & don’t even get started with Rupay it’s a dry well at Axis(at least for me). Only Magnus, rewards & Fk is available in MC variant. So this is just a work Around they’re touching the nose across the head instead of directly as they normally do before the Rbi circular. If feels like almost nothing changed. Bank still getting their way they used.

How to convert existing myzone cc ltf to rupay variant?

Axis only gives options when we take a new card. Not in card renewal and no swapping of existing cards.

It just have filter to see which card u got offered is rupay ,visa or MasterCard

It's not that you are offered myzone rupay and u can choose myzone visa just by clicking on visa

Revised direction la diya RBI ne pata nahi kyu 😐

But wo 🪓 nahi tha, RBI itself not taking their direction seriously, nahi toh banks kaapta aur strictly implement karta ya defeat kar raha pata chalne pe customer ya kisi aur chiz ke through turant action leta, utmost priority mein rakh ke. 🤣

No way they’re not allowing to change networks, if you you’ve to upgrade the card to Indian oil or neo rupay
