What is the cool-down period between 2 BOB Credit Cards?
Can I apply for all 3 LTF BOB Credit Cards in a single application?

You can have just 1 card.
There is a trick to get 2: online 1 and via an agent a 2nd one

Bob eterna I got from Branch due to Home loan customer, after 1 year I applied Bob Select. Both are working.
Limit: Eterna (3L), Select (1L).

I would suggest you try at the branch or via an agent. I think I read it on this forum itself (but I cannot remember where) that this is the way to get a 2nd BOB card

Their online application doesn't allowing me to apply for second credit card it's throwing an error as you already have one credit card.

I don't think so. recently I got hpcl energie card paid based on existing premier card which is ltf through their website.
