The next best UPI CC is Tata Nue Infinity, which also has similar restrictions and rewards just 0.5 % when used on other apps.

So, as of now our strategy must be if the spend is more than 50 pay and in rearding category pay it via kiwi, else Nue app for nue card. If the spend is petty like 10-40 rs pay it via cred.

This is exactly happening to you. SMALL transactions have a limit of 2K in 24 hours, while LARGE doesn't have any.
SMALL and LARGE definitions are unknown.

Not happening in reality. Even after close to 48 hours it is not working. Seems like the restriction is for more than 24 hours.

Check mail, they send a link when your card is approved. Did you get any mail form them ?

The mail might have been tagged as spam. Check your spam folders and mark them trust/not spam.

Their TnC , has illustrated clearly this,. Check the time and date column.
