Millennia HDFC charged "Rs.50 as CASH CHARGES"

As per the changes effective today(01-08-2024), If I redeem my points to statement cash I will be charged Rs.50 but the last I did was on 23 July.

Just registered a complaint for the same with customer service to reverse the fees as they should only be charged for rewards redemption going forward.

charges are only on cash redemption
but beware of rate of RP, they may be higly lower.

Same here, but I have escalated to Sashidhar Jagdishan and the entire HDFC Board of Directors about this unethical business practice adopted by Parag Rao and the Credit Cards division, with a demand to revert the same immediately and provide an additional ₹500 compensation, else I petition the RBI ombudsman with a ₹5000 compensation demand. Let's see what transpires 🙂
