How to get a better credit limit

Currently I am having 4 credit cards.
Axis (2) : 15k
Hdfc : 41k
Sbi :41k
I recently requested for axis bank le and it is in process how can I increase the cards limit in future and I am thinking to close hdfc indian oil credit card to take good card of hdfc

Spend 5% more than what you did last month.

Always pay the bills on time.

Add EMIs(if needed).

And if you do this frequently and as your income rises, the limit will eventually go up too! 🙂

If your cards are more than 6 months old, request them with updated financials. For spend and payment pattern follow @coolguy1 suggestions.

I am doing the same but axis is not giving an offer send them the salary slips to increase the credit limit let's see.

In hdfc after what time we can mail them it has been 3 month since card issued and it is indian oil credit card

6 months strictly including days. From the date of approval.
