I have finally decided to go with Indian Bank fd based rupay card
As they have shifted their branch near my home

Other options
Idfc wow rupay (199+gst charges)
Pnb fd rupay (I don't trust this bank)

Will keep u updated with progress
Going to do 1.25 lakh fd
And will take rupay select
For select benefits as well
