One correction need to be made, 1800 2660811 is dedicated number for 811 customer. Whereas ...666 is for all.

I wrote to sashi regarding RM change and imperia. Work done by Branch Manager in less than a day lol. Already converted into imperia and me and other family banking members will be getting new Physical RM.

few days back sent a mail to Kotak Bank CEO at ceo@kotak.com and got a response back from grievanceredressal.bankaccount@kotak.com
