1. Have Amazon Pay gift balance in your account. For maximizing benefit, you can buy these through Smartbuy/Amex Rewards multiplier etc.
2. You need GoSats account for this. Under GoSats, go to add Money using Debit/Credit (max Rs.25000, zero convenience fee).

I don't have it. But it is chargeable 1k or so. But there was a code ELITE which gave discount of 499 or something. @NShah is expert on this.

Yes...two variants of cards... one time fee......rewards in gold or btc....
