HDFC Regalia First card Upgrade

Hi, This is my first post here and recent query. Can anyone please let me know what's the minimum credit limit on HDFC cards to get upgraded to Regalia card? I own a Regalia First card with recently increased limit to 2.1lkh, also I am a 5 yrs old card user with zero late payments and having other cards upto limit 4.35 lkhs,am I eligible for the upgrade?

I was holding regalia first and i was offered milinia by RM (Dumb Guy) But i send documents to chennai i got DCB FYF even my RM shocked but if you are not amiles guy and want cashback ask for melinia upgrade

I also had got offer to upgrade to Millenia from regalia first, I didn't go for it hence the offer was withdrawn and i was given limit enhancement from 1.5 lkh to 2.1 lkh

1 lakh for orther card upgrade minimum limit is required so i think only melinia was offred

Right now in a pickle, HDFC issued me MoneyBack+ even after promising Regalia and even after emailing grievanceredressal i did not get a favourable reply, so what to do?

is there a written promise? like any email etc? if there, then take a screenshot of it and ask in strong words to the grievance redressal the same!

I mean I can just not activate the card as i have Vistara Infinite to funnel (offline) spends

I was going to make Regalia my offline spend card but Vistara Infinite gives 2.5-3.5% (atleast for me that's the reward rate) in CV points

Seems HDFC is offering Millenia "Upgrade" to everyone. I have a Infinia with 10L limit and I am getting offer to "upgrade" to Millenia!
