If you have existing axis bank account... Or credit card... Then easy... Else... Very difficult to get.... People have pounced on this card.... Due to rewards....

Try to get any other Axis credit card. Then wait for 2-3 months. Then call Axis Customer Care and request them to issue Airtel Axis Bank card on the basis of your existing Axis Bank card. I used the same trick and got one. It was super easy.

Point is getting that other credit card is also.. Quite random.... He can get also... And very good chance he wont....
After idfc de evaluation.... Many will go again for axis cards... Still their rewards are good like ace card....

I know. But he certainly cannot apply for Airtel card from the app now. So he has been left to try for other Axis Card options. He can try to apply for an Axis CC through branch. It will have higher approval chances. I have also heard that certain Axis branches are able to apply for Axis CC on C2C basis.

I am already holding Axis Magnus for 1 month now. So you suggest I just call the standard customer care number and request them to process Airtel card? Will I need to fill application etc, or will it be process at backend without paperwork, verification, etc?

Mostly no pwperwork and kyc.... But its axis....

At least, my experience was really smooth. They just explained me the features of the card I wanted to apply, asked my confirmation for application submission, and done. No CIBIL enquiry, no documentation, no KYC, nothing. Got the card delivered in 15 days.
I applied for Airtel Axis Bank CC via Airtel Thanks app.
Got done with all the formalities & KYC. My application was approved in 1 day with 50K limit. Even got the approval msg saying.. "Welcome to Axis Bank Credit Cards. Congratulations your application is approved. Card details to follow shortly." Following which there has been no update or msg from Axis Bank. Contacted the customer support, they reverted saying your application is approved & you will get the details in 3-5 days via msg.
However, 3 days have passed & still no revert. Should I do anything or simply wait till I get the msg?

This method is halted, its not working anymore..
I already own 2 axis bank credit cards linked with a jio mobile no
- I applied for airtel axis bank credit card with a airtel no on 15th of march and completed video kyc on the same say(without income docs) only adhaar and pan card.
-Now after my kyc documents got submitted
- 18th of March i got sms on my previous jio no that my registered no has been updated to the airtel no and email id is also changed (the one form which i applied the card)
--now today is 23 match when i check status online it says application under process and the customer care is saying the same thing i.e under process
-- will i get the approval? If anyone faced similar issue like me please tell me

This isn't working anymore. They only issued over call it when initially they launched. After card success their bhaw gone up 😀
