Rbi ombudsmen complaint timelines?

My ICICI BANK account was forcefully closed by bank side without my consent 6 years back and after the post and all I am willing to file an rbi ombudsmen complaint against the bank please let me know how the same can be done as some one informed me post 1 year the same complaint is not accepted at rbi ombudsmen end please suggest and guide,
