Hi Guys and Gals

Call CC and ask them to send NEO Rupay card offer SMS to your mobile..
In this SMS you will find whether you have LTF offer or it is a chargeable offer…

When I called them they could not see any LTF offer for me in their system, but when he sent the SMS I could see that it’s in fact LTF and I gave the consent by giving the OTP on that offer link…

This could be useful for someone to have an axis LTF cc without applying for it

Yes. I think 4th card is only possible in offline route and that too special cases.

I have 4. All 4 applied online or call only without any special request.
I applied the 4th card as a fresh application with my 2nd mobile number and approved without any problem.
Don't know if mobile number has something to do with it 🙂

I just used chat banking and converted my MyZone Visa LTF to Neo Rupay LTF. Already have Flipkart and Airtel.

I've My Zone Visa LTF, Kiwi RuPay LTF and Axis Ace FYF. Kiwi is most rewarding by a mile. I'd like to kill Ace or My Zone and replace it with Neo RuPay. But sometimes wonder if Ace now de-valued at 1.5% is worth it. I have other "1.5%" LTF cards like HDFC Neu Infinity RuPay, IndusInd Legend Visa (still gives 1.46% via Pay with Rewards/TwidPay on weekends) - its RPs can be used for Jio recharge, Jiomart or NetMeds.

I must be using some other Axis app or I am extremely stupid that's why I can't even locate the exact wording you described Where exactly is Services -> Chat with an agent -> Cards-> Credit card -> New Application -> How to apply? Are you talking about web or app? Did you casually reword all the terms? 🤣

I see "Services and Support" not "Services"
Then I see "Chat with Axis Aha" not "Chat with an agent".
Then I see "Apply now for credit card", not "New application"

It is now the question of how much you believe them…got it??

Got the comple picture now, I called them again and all the issues were sorted out..

1) DUring my first attempt , I got " something went worng error", because I used it on my Iphone.. The executive was very clever , he only mentioned that.
2) Now I did it on my laptopn on chrome, it went butter smooth..
3) My My zone card will still be there and this NEO RUpay LTF is in addition to My ZOne LTF..
4) Card is already showing up in the APP.
5) The executive told me the last 4 digits of my new card and I will receive it in a week , in practical terms..

All good and have fun..

My strong recommendation: Get this LTF card for those who want just a basic AXIS card.. the offer must be lying there for you. yo need to utilise it.. thats it.. its a simple call away.. No CIBIL HIT ....
