In short (what changed):

- Buy-one-Get-one free movie/non-movie ticket offer on BookMyShow will be discontinued.
- 24*7 complimentary concierge services will be discontinued (seems like no one using it).
- Complimentary airport meet & assist services reduced and/or discontinued.
- Gold/Jewelry, Govt. Services, Utilities not eligible for milestone, normal reward points - nothing.
- Domestic lounge access required 50,000 in previous 3 calendar months.
- and more..

They do this campaign alternating between neo and myzone.. for that you need to apply and get approved…

Axis has made lounge access as spend based on their premium cards and here they are giving my zone LTF to everyone, with 1 domestic lounge access per quarter.
After they have got their customer base for this card, they will either remove domestic lounge access or make it spend based.
Axis cannot be trusted anymore!

Axis already made myzone spend based. Only the first 3 months after myzone issuance will not have spends condition.

The list has become so long there is no need to check. Just assume the worst case scenario and move on.

If you think Axis will do this devaluation, just assume its already there and you won't be wrong.

They made 30K M4B lounge access spend based and here MyZone is being discussed.

I asked customer care to change neo visa to rupay. Instantly declined. I asked to cancel cc, they were ready for it.

Its Axis so both are correct. Axis does charge fees for LTF as well.

There is a lot Axis can do. This is just a start.

Consolidated charges are still limited to saving accounts for now. They should come to credit card realm, charging fees if you dont use for a month, deduct points if someone buys gift vouchers at discount, -5X penalty for using travel edge...

Something is going on with axis in lounge program. Today I swiped reserve and I was eligible for new private lounge in bangalore terminal 1 but with a discount rate of 1k. The same lounge to access cost 4 5k now coming to Arrival lounge also at t2 no charges but card is eligible. Kindly check your cc. Maybe super premium cards Something is happening let's see in long run.
