Axis Magnus Rumor with burgundy axis magnus could be LTF (by Sep 2023 it should be official by axis i think you never know though)

Just received confirmation from bank officials that they will provide Magnus LTF for Burgundy customers from Sep 1st onwards

Maybe I dint understand it fully. In my case I wanted to exploit the bug where if magnus burgundy points fall below 100, I will be able to transfer edge reward points directly. Since in my case, I have 6k edge reward and 300 magnus burgundy, if I understand correctly I wont be able to exploit the bug of magnus burgundy points going below 100. IIUC, I need to burn all my points(edge reward+ magnus burgundy), then if I get only edge reward points and MB points stays below 100, then only I will be able to exploit this bug. Am I correct?

It depends on where ur 300 is coming from. If it is most recent 300 in edge reward history, then yes it won't become zero and can't utilise the Bug-2. But Bug-1 will work and u can do 20 transfers .

Bug-2 for cases, where u got bonus points recently and didn't get any MB points post that. Then u will be able to bring MB under 100 (and eventually zero).

Thanks for the clarification. My last rewarded points were from MB. So it matches with your explanation. I can increase my regular edge reward points easily by doing some pending transactions..

For ur case, u try increasing mb balance by getting mb base points. Then u will need fewer transfers. Bug-2 will work only for points which are received after MB points, not before. First u need to clear points earned before MB points using Bug-1.

Spoke to premium experience team.The details provided by them are even if you have 10L and above balance from sept to nov, you wont be eligible as they consider it quaterly so you need to do it from Oct to Dec and call in Jan for upgrade.Additionally this free magnus burgundy will be provided once we call in Jan and till we maintain the avg balance.I told them to send in writing which they said they will.Will this be true?

No not true, free offer is just till Nov 30, I got a mail also like that only, post nov upgrade is a chargeable card.

Found one more bug.

Once ur magnus burgundy points reaches below 100, it goes back to old system, where magnus burgundy shows as zero and everything in edge points and starts offering edge points transfer as 5:4.

Transferred August and September milestone points this way.

Now just gyftr 1000-2000 points remaining to be credited.

Please note that the transactions mentioned above refers to redemptions.

Once you completely redeem the available magnus burgundy points, you have to perform the second transaction(redemption) for the remaining available edge reward points which will be processed at the same conversion ratio.

NOTE - Magnus Burgundy points needs to be NIL to transfer Edge reward points. Minimum 300 points should be available for redemption.

Magnus gives points in multiple of 200 only, so in most cases u won't be able to reach exact 300 or even multiple of 100. But good thing is, it becomes zero even when u bring it under 100.

Just got a mail from pno stating please give consent for Magnus burgundy.But when I call them they say you are not eligible.Today is last day for free upgrade.Any solutions??

Finally after following up for last 1.5 months, getting OGS of 30L+ in TRV, today got Magnus for Burgundy Credit Card (new card) for my family member.

Limit of 10L, priority pass included.

Was not aware that it is Metal Card

I have 2k edge reward points and 42 mb points... I don't see option to convert edge reward points. Instead it asks for mb points to be raised to 300

Ohk, one guy mentioned this earlier that some people are not getting edge points option even after getting MB below 100.

For me, it worked though by just bringing under 100. There maybe some more math required here to understand it.

Official customer care stance is to bring it zero.
