Credit card with simultaneous Lounge Access

Are there Credit cards that allow us simultaneous lounge visit (using add on Cards)?
If I want to travel with a family of 4, ideally I would want all of us using the lounge visit benefit if available.
Please Suggest for both Railway and Airports.

considering the current scenario where banks are putting minimum spends condition on lounge access, BOB eterna might be the best thing for lounge access on add on cards simultaneously. it has unlimited domestic lounge access for primary and add on card holders without any minimum spends conditions. this is unheard of in this range as the annual fees is just 2499 and even that can be waived off by spending 2.5L in a year.

Infinia add-on has same card number Will it qualify as separate card swipe at lounge? Never tried hence asking.

It has to be physically 2 cards for lounge people to swipe. I don't think they care about card number or anything. On their machine they have option to add guest count. So, we want that to be 0. Therefore, 2 card swipes.

understood about 2 card swipe. But my point was same card number on Inifinia Add on card. Will that be counted as 2 different swipe or 1 swipe and 1 guest entering at same time
