KOTAK Privy league Neon

I have a KOTAK Savings account which is KOTAK PRO SAVINGS ACCOUNT which I can see from the statement
but the Branch Manager says my account is Privy League also (Neon). My statement also says I am a Privy League Neon customer
I have an FD with them. I have in my savings only about 40K and my FD is single digit lakhs only.
I am confused, how am I am privy League Neon with out meeting the eligibilty criteria
How does this work?

Actually for Platinum you should get the LED Debit Card instead of the Neon Debit card (as attached).

You can also expect a Eazydiner 1 year membership voucher by email and a customised cheque book holder with your name embossed on it. Also, do apply for a new cheque book to get the Privy League branding.

For the DC, you can apply via netbanking. Login>cards>debit cards>apply for new card>select the privy variant applicable to you. For cheque book you can apply via service request > new cheque book

Can anybody share the screenshot of netbanking portal where privy league branding is shown in black colour band?
Even after 3 days, I don't see any changes on netbanking or mobile app. So just want to see how it looks before raising a complaint. Thanks

I have attached the screenshot. They have removed the Privy League logo now a days but the selection highlight on menu becomes black as shown instead of usual red / maroon. Also, it should show you the option to apply for Privy League DC.

Thanks for the screenshots. So that means there is no clear differentiation like HDFC does(changing colour and branding)

No, Kotak only changes the colour accent currently. Earlier, it used to show Privy League branding as per this old screenshot.

Non Privy League shows red colour accent while Privy shows Black accents. More like ICICI does.

My privy account for upgraded from Neon to Platinum in May this year. So, I naturally applied for the Platinum DC but even then the Neon and Privy Platinum (red / black stripe card) remain active simultaneously. Actually, I have 3 DCs on the same Kotak account.

My family member is having kotak neon.. how to get this easydiner voucher.. can you give more information about this...
And does kotak have family banking.. i have basic kotak account would like to get added to family banking with my other family member

Can you share a screenshot of the offer that isn't working ? In my locality there are currently no Swiggy Kotak DC offers going on.

Bank Manager didn't tell me but my RM told me today that

My account was created as a Privy League Customer (since I had an initial funding of 4L plus) though my account Variant is PRO SAVINGS
and this happened because my branch is located in a semi urban area, they won't allow this in an Urban branch
