DCB For DCB, Need urgent help for gyftr smartbuy

I want to use my DCB to buy Amazon gift card.
But it is showing only wallet/Payzapp option here.
I am using Android 14.

This doesn't give additional rewards for DCB

You can see in screenshot that it says DCB effective price for 10k is 9010

Just click on the payzapp wallet. It will then show added credit and debit cards. Choose and swipe to pay. You will get reward points like website.

This is how I am purchasing my Smartbuy Gyftr vouchers for months now.

Just click once the wallet link. Don't worry, it won't pay directly. Or Don't keep any money in payzapp wallet and try it out 🤣

Sorry to bother, but you're saying buying directly from gyftr.com and buying via payzapp (using cc) gives the same bonus points?

No direct buying. Through payzapp mobile app. Shop section in the App is just smartbuy in backend.

I bought 1k voucher by this method i.e. mobile app, didn't get accelerated points.
So this is not working.
Went with website method and got the points.

Surprising. I always get email that marks transaction as Gyftr via Smartbuy irrespective of website or payzapp and get accelerated points.

Did you reached you customer care?
