So i am in the process of selecting the account as i want pre approved cc offers and axis keeps declining all my cc applications. What I meant to ask was, are all transactions considered for the 25k expenditure threshold? Like suppose if I load wallet of paytm, amazon/ do upi spends/ use axid debit card on cheq for cc bill payment etc. all this will be considered for 25k expenditure which in turn would waive off my min bal maintainance requirement?

According to the above link and the MCC codes listed in Axis' 5% cashback t&c, we should get 5% cashback on buying Amazon gift cards using Liberty gift card every weekend. I'd usually buy it through HDFC millennia, but this might be a good alternative after hitting 20k/month limit.

Update:-

I just checked my Account Statement.

Honourable RBI Banking ombudsman seriously lit a fire under Axis Bank Bottoms.

That is why Axis MD Desk methioned, they are going to automate the Cashback and voucher redemption Process after Receiving a hard kick in their****** from Honourable RBI Banking ombudsman.

I was literally surprised how can Axis Bank agreed to make the Process automated suddenly, which they avoided from past 2 years even after repeated complaints from me.

The below attached Screenshot is the reason.
