Chargeback against merchant for deducting gateway charges

I placed an order in vijay sales website. My order auto cancelled by them and they have deducted 4% charges from refund. They are saying like gateway charges. Can I raise chargeback to get my money. I lost around 1800 rupees

I raised with them no response. They asking me to check with bank to get full refund

wtf. petty tricks.

Definitely raise a chargeback.. But do understand that chargebacks can take a long time.

So if you see any other possibility of resolving this, try that as well.

I have ordered via Vijay Sales and within 24 hours raised a cancellation request. Do they deduct 4% as Payment Gateway charges for every order ?? In other platforms , some people were mentioning 3% for Non EMI and 4% for EMI orders .

I checked their website and they have nowhere mentioned these PG charges . How can they charge this !? This is blatant loot in broad daylight !!

Apart from raising chargeback , what other options does a customer have !?

I have done store purchase with VS in past and had a good experience. Tried online ordering for 1st time , horrible customer support indeed !!

You need to wait and watch. They have canceled my order quoting unfair reason and they have charged me. In your case you have cancelled, mostly u won’t be charged
