In November I am going to UAE can I use Indusind exclusive debitcard in ATMS In UAE country for free withdrawal?

You can use it at any ATM that accepts Visa/MC, whichever variant you have. There may be a withdrawal fee levied by the atm machine by the foreign bank though.
