Sbi card application pending from sprint

Applied for sbi card through sprint.. It says submition pending.. Do i have to do anything to submit the application?
(Already filled everything in complete the application written in bottom but it's still in pending status)

Did you got call...!??

And i have same issue agent told me that you have uploaded bank statement and slary slip that could be issue if you would have gone with net banking statement fetch process it would have been faster than uploading pdfs
