I had to open the account offline as I had a closed Axis account and not allowing online opening for another one.

In an ex customer. They approved both AirTel end Ace card in my case.

I had opened for my wife. Bank officials came to my home & took finger print for Aadhar verification and a cheque of 25K plus one photo which they took via their mobile. Also they asked for original Aadhar + PAN for checking. They had given instakit, but I had not activated the card inside it. Got the new card via Bluedart within 5-6 working days.

Go to bank with pan,aadhar and deposit 25000 bro that's it you don't have to do anything more than that they will take biometric and opens your account but it takes time atleast 2-3 days

Its initial funding cheque, yes it wil be deposited in yr acc

Do you mean, you had only credit card account with them and you closed it, became completely a non-user of any Axis services and then you have applied for Airtel and Ace to get it approved?
