isn't 5% cashback better than 1% reward points? suppose my ticket price is 100 then using DC i get 5 rs but using millenia 1 reward point!!

Using DC will give you 5% cb but it can take 90 days to get the cb.

Using CC its 5% CB in the current statement (so it's more like instant discount as I'll have to pay less than ticket price when the bill is dur)and 1% RP to cover the conv fees.

If you don't have cash problems. DC shouldn't be a prob.

Buy MMT voucher (5% as Amazon Pay Balance) on Amazon using SBI Cashback card which gives CB also and book the tickets from MMT and pay using gift card
