ICICI Coral Rupay for those not having pre-approved offer in App.

If you have not received pre-approved offer for Coral Rupay LTF on iMobile app, kindly follow the following procedure to generate card.
Open ICIC Netbanking, proceed to loan option under cards and loan.

Therein you will see the option to generate rupay card.

Note: Though it shown a note that next year waiver after 3 lac spends, but that's not true. The card generated through this method is LTF.

Take screenshot of page mentioning Joining fees and Annual fees as ₹0/- .

After generation of card (within 30 minutes) you may confirm LTF from customer care.

But why do you need it

for rupay credit card default it creates like this your xxxxx xxxxx.cc@icici where XX refers to your mobile number. I have created my own also...

From where did you create upi id? I linked with bhim and Paytm and created upi pin from there but The option in I mobile app " create upi id" not working for me. I thought a upi id like xyz@icici/xyz@paytm can be created for a rupay credit card too

Ohh sorry i didnt create upi id i meant i added it to gpay and made upi pin not id sorry for the confusion also i cant create from imobile too it stays at loading also tried to see if the number cc@icici works but it didnt :/

I was searching for ICICI deals in Flipkart and Amazon to verify this. And yes, I can confirm that, the rupay card is giving instant discount in ICICI deals currently. Can't say what will happen in future sales in BBD/GIF

It will work, not to worry.. this is just a normal card.. nothing great about it

ICICI coral is given mostly to those people who has already a card of ICICI Bank. If you get offer for any other cards like MMT/Platinum/Coral Visa you should accept that. You can get Coral Rupay after few days of getting that first card

On a serious note, it might take about 3 - 6 months..
The system has to recognise your spend patterns and history and all the relationships etc.. and these are all different components and it takes time for these components to talk to each and come to an agreement that , you deserve another card...

Haha, I know I should be patient. The only reason why I want it is, ICICI's card discount offers on merchant websites always exclude the Amazon Pay cards, which is a huge bummer.
