Amex MRCC LTF possible for someone with 1LPM?

Is there any way to get Amex MRCC LTF?

I read in some threads that there's FYF with referral link, but I'm not sure if they are working now.

I have IDFC wealth, HDFC millennia, Amazon Pay ICICI, Axis IOCL, and Scapia with highest limit of 4.8L

mrcc was fyf under refferal scheme now it has been paused
yes it can be ltf if you have a paid credit card as well such as gold charge or platinum reserve or plat travel or plat charge
with any one of these as a paid card you will get mrcc ltf as a companion card

Standalone LTF based on salary is an old offer that ran back in 2017.
No longer there.

Now wait for referal for FYF is one option and other is companion card although I think thats been paused as well.

but for that he would need to take up a paid card

amex mrcc has full spend based waiver at 1.5L.
You don't need to wait for the referral scheme.
