Change tata neu account mobile number and apply for ltf infinity card. will this work?

Have completed rewards league and now can apply for ltf card but due to some issue at HDFC, i'm unable to apply now. So i'm thinking whether i can change contact number in tata neu app and apply again? will this work?

HDFC is also same. They kept on saying we will reply on this day for like 5 times and kept on extending and they are also not sure why vkyc is failing. And HDFC is asking whether i would like to get the useless rupay virtual card instead.

Try to go to branch and apply offline for the same LTF, show all the evidence to them and ask them what are seeing about your previous application and ask them raise a separate application process

I dont really wanna go to the bank. So after like a lot of followups, they asked me to apply again from app. Applied straightaway and card got approved today!

Seems you already got the card but your situation was same as mine... I couldn't apply via app as Infinity variant was not shown (only plus variant is ltf in neu app)

So, I just mailed grievance redressal, saying that I got LTF offer on TataNeu app, but wish to apply for the card via the number which is registered with the bank (attached screenshot of ltf proof and Tata CC mail confirming the same)

They replied within a week, saying that I can apply via any branch (or online) and to share the application number in reply to that mail and they will make it LTF (if approved). I have done till the grievance mail, and have asked my RM to apply the card for me. Once It gets approved, I will mail grievance to make that LTF (as promised)

But now with merchants not accepting CC UPI slowly, I am having second thoughts of whether to get it or not 😛

ok i completed rewards league which happening during IPL hence the LTF offer for me. But yea many people who have hdfc account have gotten it ltf by mailing grieavances

Hi, I have tata neu inf cc and I have updated my reg mob num in hdfc cc and accs
How will it effect my tata neu inf cc like rneu coins, tata neu app etc?

Will the neu coins credit to my old new account or I've to create new neu account?
