Need some help.

I had applied for MRCC first yesterday and during video kyc they rejected my application cause current address and address on aadhar didn't match, so that app got cancelled.

Then I applied for Plat Travel and this time mentioned current address as aadhar address and the card was approved and dispatched today, also the AMEX kyc agent told me I can apply for MRCC again after my Plat Travel got approved, but when I tried to apply for MRCC and Gold Charge card today, both of them took a while to load and then just gave a message that your application could not be processed.

Need some help guys please. When can I apply for those 2 cards now? Wait for the Plat Travel to be activated or wait for 3 months? TIA

I don't have any address proofs for my rental address apart from a rent agreement.
