I have told my brother to get MMT Platinum card on the basis of Apay card. Is calling customer care for MMT card upgrade still works ?

Check Normal Upgrade Section of the App.

If Upgrade offers are available you can directly Upgrade to MMT via Mobile App.

Else twitter is the best route and instead of MMT get Regualar ICICI Platinum which is LTF

Everything they say paid intially and say this 499 for the massess to be attracted... that is the ploy here..
I won't say they will never make it paid...but there is always a way to get this LTF is my point...

Upgrade section says not eligible for the offer. Will try Twitter route and I think MMT Platinum card is better as it has railway lounge benefit which is applicable 4 times in a year and also ICICI 10% instant discount offer works on MMT cards during sale days.
