T&C changed. LTF to Paid

Axis flipkart credit card is changing its terms and conditions and with effect of it, my LTF Axis flipkart CC is now being chargeable if I spend less than 3.5 lacs in a year. Received email regarding this. This is pure cheating 😔 Can I take any action against this?

That condition isn't for LTF issued cards. Don't worry.

I think that line meant that if it's chargeable, the annual fee waiver spend has been increased from previously 2 Lakhs in a year to 3.5 Lakhs in a year. LTF stays LTF, imo.

ou taken it in writing that your flipkart cc is ltf
then dont worry
you can use it as proof and get charges revresed

If Axis bank levies annual charges on your Flipkart LTF credit card, @VISHESH_BANSAL Special Bamboo Tool (SBT) will be very useful for you to use it against Axis bank. You can ask him regarding SBT.

Banks would have loved that, changing LTF to a paid card by themselves. However, the RBI doesn't allow them to do so.

Would you know which specific RBI guideline prohibits them from doing so? Asking in general, not for this specific card.

if they charge complaint to RBI ombudsman forum regarding misleading & Cheating they will not charge then
