Lot's of option are there.
Overall a descent card, just note that 5k txn willnot give you RP.

Well, this cards sole purpose would be to get movie ticket vouchers. I highly doubt one can play a good rewards game here.

Obviously, this card doesn't offers a single RP. just rotate 5k and get ₹500 movie vouchers

Yes wallet load is the best option with 4K Paytm and rest 1k other spends, could be very easy to achieve. Other way, spend BOB or Kotak cards for 5k and load payzapp wallet with play card for 5k and pay CC bill, payzapp wallet allows to pay this two cards CC.
If you have any other card which gives BOGO this card doesn't make much sense. Essentially you are then getting 250 off on 5000 in the best case which is 5% which is good but this assumes that tickets are exactly 250 Rs, if they are more or lesser then your reward rate decreases.
There are cards which give 2 to 2.5% (even on wallet loads) so why get stuck with cashback as movie voucher.
If the card was LTF then yes it is fine. Also, there is some restriction in RBL and you may not be able to apply some other cobranded card if it launches.

I am a bit confused between this, Kotak PVR and Indusind Eazydiner.

order of preference:
- easydiner (works with single ticket and any time + easydiner benefits if needed)
- pvr (have validity to redeem - The Coupon Code has a validity of 2 months)
- play card (only for next month and for some reason you missed, you lost 500).

What's the validity of kotak pvr vouchers?
From RBL bank Play card website,
Spend Rs. 5,000 in a billing month to get 2 free Movie tickets up to Rs. 250 each. Offer valid for 1 month.
Billing month is the duration between your 2 consecutive statements. Example: for a statement date of 2nd, monthly offer will be available from 3rd to 2nd of next month.
Example: July 2nd statement date then monthly offer period will be 3rd July to 2nd August.
Whether the movie ticket booking and movie show time should be between 3rd July to 2nd August or can I make a booking on 30th July for movie on 5th August ? @pprakash11 @helloworld
