Yeh last time hai Jab E-Mailer se Cashback Redeem hoga.

Yeh waala Cashback by 24th July Credit hoga.


Next Month se ya phir this Month se Netbanking se redeem kar sakege

I too got the email from axis regarding Jan to March cashback. Redeemed it and showing me the same date as you said.
I mean you previously redeemed it right?
How many days it took to credit cashback to account.

How many days it took to credit cashback to accaccount.

Well last time I received the E-Mailer in Feb'23 and Credit date was 10th March.

But Cashback was not credited.
So I raised the Complaint directly with RBI BO and finally Cashback was Credited on 27th March.


Earlier , It was credited on time that is
Any time by the date which is mentioned after clicking redemption link

Now Axis will not repeat the mistake and Expect the Cashback any time by
24th July'23

Till date I have received 5% CashBack
Now after my recent RBI Complaint, Axis Made the redemption Process Automated.

Now You can redeem eligible 5% CashBack from Netbanking.

This feature is already Live.

If you are sure that your spends are eligible, you should raise the complaint with Axis and With RBI BO, if required

I did the Same from past 3 years and this year I raised the Matter with RBI BO.

Axis received a Bamboo in its A** from RBI BO

Now Axis made the Voucher and Weekend 5% CashBack Redemption Process Automated
