IDFC has stopped giving wealth account renewal benefits for sure.. not sure if they provide any welcome kit

no welcome kit. just checkbook and debit card in plain packaging. earlier they used to give big box with a leather 👜 purse like icici bank

There are no vouchers or the welcome kit. They stopped giving all that more than 6 months back. After the upgrade you only receive a chequebook and debit card in a normal bank envelope with minimum literature.

Heyy I just opened a regular account and BM assured of update to wealth but I received a simple Debit card so when the account gets upgraded to wealth does the wealth debit card and cheque book automatically gets dispatched or I have to request the BM for the same?

After the upgrade you'll receive cheque book and debit card. Follow up with your RM then.
