I have to search on google and then click either on their Infinia/Regalia page and then migrate to the page I want, or click on "Book Train Tickets" and then move internally

new website experience is pathetic for me

Smartbuy has been very slow for a few days. But I was able to transact on gyftr without issues today.

Yes smartbuy is slow these days.. book stuff very patiently.

Change DNS to Google or Cloudflare. Or even better use one DNS from both of them.

Doesn't feel like DNS issue. As I am hitting 2 different urls of same domain and 1 loads quickly and other don't.

The issue is with initial/homepage, rest all is smooth

Smartbuy sometimes works, sometimes takes minutes to load first page. But after first page there’s no issue

Smartbuy takes a lot of time to login or redirect me to gyftr. The gyftr issue came up today, but the smartbuy issue has been happening for a while now.
Spoke to the GYFTR team, they mentioned due to some security issue, i should refrain from logging in for 72 hours. No clue what the matter is.
