Seems the general customer care number only. It’s not mentioned on the terms and conditions. I have attached screenshots also. They have mentioned after validating the card 30 seconds will be started.

Does it implies that the Atlas card is not defined as HNI Cards in their portfolio?
Considering, the list you have shared, it looks like any Card with fee greater than or equal to 10k is considered HNI by them.
 
Atlas is not a HNI card!
As per the official categorisation, you're correct.
But if seen feature/benefit wise, it should have been HNI card.
As, it provides Airport Transfer on reaching the milestone, good conversion ratio giving 4% rewards on normal spends and accelerated on travel spends.
Anyways, I think fee criteria of 10k is more important for Axis for consideration.
 
I am not able to see this under my Magnus cards "Offers" section. I am using IOS.

Are you on android?
I found it under Vistara Infinite offers section and Magnus is also mentioned under the offer.

Even I’m using iOS.

I know all the HNI product features are very lucrative. I would really like to understand fellow community members experience wrt service. How is you ride with the bank so far?
 
Lol I am patiently waiting for some devaluation to happen with this card (so that I can put closure request just before my card anniversary). And they keep adding some new benefits every month, which was not explicitly mentioned while taking card.

Some examples like airlines partner, Eazydiner prime, pp in domestic lounge, bms offer, accor and now this. Axis is spending quite a lot in premium segment specially with Magnus.
