Limit decreased by bank without any notice after LE

I got LE in Kotak from 1.53L to 2.38L. But yesterday, I was looking at the card details and I was surprised to see that the total LE is 2.115L only.
I never had any experience like this ever before from any bank.
I contacted them through twitter. They said we'll get back to you.
