Any non-premium credit card for offline/retail shopping?

By non-premium, I mean cards with an annual fee of less than 4000. I just started earning so won't be getting premium cards yet anyways.
Even better if it can also be used for casual spending on restaurants and random places.
A reward rate better than 2% is what I'm looking for since that's what Ace offers.

Very few cards nowadays incentivise offline spending

Only 2 cards come to my mind

ACE - 2%
Flopkart Axus - 1.5%

Ace is enough bro. No card is better than that in non-premium category for offline spends.
