Airtel Axis card weird error upon first usage

Got my Airtel Axis card today, activated pin, domestic usage and everything, when paying bills in airtel thanksapp before mobile OTP page this page comes with the message as contact details are not available with the bank, called customer care, they are asking me to visit branch for no reason. Anyone had a same problem and resolved?

I think Axis is missing many information from their end, even my PAN card too, they have my pan number, but not my pan card photo, so it's like we don't have your pan card itself. I raised a update request, it's still in progress
I updated the mobile number and it's successful but still not receiving OTP's
 
May be phone no is not updated in their system this happened with me with icici once. I called their cc and he manually entered no and then card was activated after 2 hrs

I called CC and they told, my permanent address doesn't have email id updated, only communication address and office address have email updated, so goto bank and update, since permanent address changes can only be done from bank. This is how they suspect the issue could be.

Never knew email id needs to be assosiated with all address
