Axis Bank Credit Cards not reflecting in Bank App and Website Login Page.

Dear All,

My brother have 2 Axis Bank credit cards with Axis Bank (Flipkart Myntra and Select Credit cards) for the past 2-3 years. Suddenly from 1 month his Credit cards are not reflecting on the app and Bank login page suddenly. Customer care team are not aware and not providing any resolutions. Can someone from community suggest on this issue?

1. is there any way to manually add the card again? i remember hdfc had this option in the website. also ensure that the cards are not expired.
2. if axis is not helping you, complain to RBI on the ombudsman portal and your issue will get resolved.

There is no manual addition option in Axis Bank.
