Moneyback+ to Millenia LTF

I currently have Moneyback+ LTF and was waiting for millenia for quite a while.

The offer came but it's first year free and 1000 from next year.


I'd prefer to upgrade to Millenia with LTF.

How can i request them for LTF. Has anybody succeeded getting an upgrade with LTF?

It was an old scheme. Ended last year i think.

Not sure if they’ve started it again.

I got similer offer few days ago....pre-approved upgrade from Moneyback+(LTF) to Millennia (FYF).
Emailed HDFC customer support asking for Millennia LTF. They Upgraded it to Millennia LTF.

same.. requested greviance to convert offer to LTF and got it in March.

For me they are giving FYF Millennia only for my 7 yr old LTF Moneyback CC. Tried request through mail but no change.

From last 1 year it's my least preferred card for any usage as I've other rewarding cards now. I've savings account with HDFC from 2012 and it's my primary account for all transactions.

Okay. In my case moneback had around 2.5L spends in the last year. And a salary acct. so they agreed for LTF after i got preapproved FYF offer.

You can try reasoning with greviance based on your transactions on the account and show them that you’re planning to shift good amount of spends to millenia.
This is the only option for LTF that i see as of now. Baaki hdfc is quite unpredictable.

yes.
I mailed them before accepting the offer. They didn't modify the offer in the system i guess, but took my consent over email and sent the LTF card.
