you can try adding money into PayTM wallet, and then transfer it to your account..

Or try Amazon wallet method, try loading money in amazon wallet and then use it to pay CC bills (search forum, you will find instructions)

Mobikwik allows ₹2500/month free load using prepaid card. Get mobikwik merchant account to transfer it to bank account.
